Important information

The daily price covers a full 24-hour rental period and may vary depending on the season, weekends, or special days. The final rental price is determined by the duration of use and drop-off time. If the scooter is returned within 2 hours of the pickup time, no additional cost applies. However, if returned between 2-4 hours later, an extra charge of 50% of the average daily price is added to the total cost. For returns exceeding 4 hours beyond the pickup time, a full additional day's average price is charged. Additionally, no refunds are issued for early returns before the booked date and time.
You can cancel your scooter rental free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled pickup date. If a cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the rental start date, the full rental amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued. Please note that once the rental period has begun, no refunds will be provided for early returns, regardless of the reason. This policy ensures availability for all customers and helps us maintain fair booking conditions. If you need to make changes to your reservation, we recommend doing so as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees.
Our company offers the possibility of picking up the vehicle either from our offices or by delivery to a point of the customer's choice within a range of 10 kilometers from our headquarters. The vehicle is returned exclusively to the store headquarters so that all necessary checks can be made for any damage or malfunction of the vehicle. In exceptional cases and after a special agreement, the vehicle can also be returned to a point of the customer's choice.
