1. Agreement to Our Terms

1.1. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Two Wheels Moto Rent (us), governing your use of twowheelsparga.gr (Website) and related services (Services). By using the Website/Services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use them.

1.2. Supplementary guidelines and documents on the Website are part of this agreement.

1.3. We may change these Terms anytime. Updated Terms are effective when posted on the Website. It’s your responsibility to review them.

1.4. We may update the Website.

1.5. You must be 18+ to use the Website/Services.

2. Acceptable Use

2.1. Use the Website only as intended. No unauthorized commercial use.

2.2. You agree not to: * Collect data from the Website without our consent. * Make unauthorized use of the Website (e.g., spam, false accounts). * Interfere with Website security. * Engage in unauthorized framing/linking. * Defraud or mislead us/users. * Misuse support services. * Use automated systems (e.g., robots) to access the Website. * Disrupt the Website. * Impersonate others. * Transfer your profile. * Harass others. * Compete with us. * Reverse engineer the Website. * Access restricted areas. * Remove copyright notices. * Copy/adapt Website software. * Upload viruses/malware. * Use automated tools to access the Website. * Harm us/the Website. * Violate laws. * Manipulate feedback. * Misrepresent yourself. * Advertise unauthorized products/services. * Falsely claim affiliation with us.

3. Information You Provide

3.1. You confirm that your information is accurate, current, and complete. You’re responsible for your account/password if you have to create one. You’re legally able to agree to these Terms. Notify us of unauthorized account access at twowheelsparga@gmail.com.

3.2. We may suspend/terminate your account for inaccurate information.

3.3. You may link to Third-Party Accounts. You confirm you can authorize this access.

3.4. We may access/store Third-Party Account content. You can disable the connection. We’re not responsible for Third-Party Account content. We may access your contacts to identify other users.

4. Booking process

4.1. Our website provides the possibility of online vehicle booking with immediate payment of the corresponding cost

4.2. You can find the desired vehicle using the filters provided

4.3. During the booking and payment process you can only specify one vehicle. For each additional vehicle you will have to repeat the process

4.4. Payment through the website is made exclusively by using a credit/debit card

4.5. Upon completion of the payment process, you will receive an information email with the booking details

4.6. In order to use the vehicle you must agree to the rental terms and conditions (see section 11)

5. Our Content

5.1. The Website and its content (“Our Content”) are owned/licensed by us and protected by law.

5.2. You cannot commercially exploit Our Content without our permission.

5.3. You have a limited license to use Our Content for personal, non-commercial use.

5.4. You must not try to gain unauthorized access to the Website or modify Our Content.

5.5. We will provide the Website and Our Content with reasonable skill and care and use virus protection.

5.6. Website content is for general information only. Seek professional advice.

5.7. We don’t guarantee the accuracy/completeness of Our Content.

6. Website Management

6.1. We may: * Monitor the Website. * Take legal action against violations. * Restrict/disable access. * Remove excessive files. * Manage the Website to protect our rights.

6.2. We don’t guarantee a secure/error-free Website.

6.3. You’re responsible for your access setup and virus protection.

7. Modifications/Availability

7.1. We can change/remove Website content/Services anytime.

7.2. We don’t guarantee constant availability. We’re not liable for outages.

7.3. We can correct Website errors without notice.

8. Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Website/Services are “as is.” Use at your own risk. We exclude warranties to the extent allowed by law. We’re not liable for: * Content errors. * Unauthorized access. * Interruptions. * Viruses. * Events beyond our control.

9. Duration/Termination

9.1. These Terms continue while you use the Website/Services. You can terminate use anytime. Contact us at twowheelsparga@gmail.com.

9.2. We can deny/terminate access for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

9.3. You can’t create a new account after termination. We may take legal action.

10. General

10.1. Electronic communications are valid. You consent to receive them.

10.2. These Terms are the entire agreement.

10.3. Our failure to enforce a right doesn’t waive it.

10.4. We can transfer our rights/obligations.

10.5. We’re not liable for events beyond our control.

10.6. Invalid provisions are severable.

10.7. No partnership/employment relationship.

10.8. For consumers: Greek law governs. Greek courts have jurisdiction, but you can also use courts in your EU country of residence. Contact us at twowheelsparga@gmail.com for disputes.

10.9. For business users: Greek law governs. Greek courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

10.10. Third parties can’t enforce these Terms.

11. Rental Policy

11.1 General Terms

The renter receives the scooter in excellent condition, with full equipment and all necessary documents. He must return the vehicle in the same condition in which he received it.

11.2 Drivers & Rental Conditions:

The rented scooter can only be driven by the person mentioned in the rental agreement. The driver must have a valid driving license recognized by the Greek authorities of the appropriate category for the selected scooter. The driver must be at least 18 or 21 years old (depending on the type of scooter). In case you wish to have the possibility of driving the vehicle by a second person (passenger), you must declare it to us upon receipt of the vehicle by completing the required documents concerning the passenger. Additional charges may apply.

11.3 Usage Restrictions

Driving outside the designated road network is prohibited (e.g. off-road routes, driving on the coast). Renting or subleasing the scooter to third parties is prohibited. Each vehicle, depending on the category defined by the cubic capacity, has a daily mileage limit, for reasons of maintaining smooth operation. In case the daily limit is exceeded, there may be additional charges calculated proportionally to the daily cost and the mileage limit.

11.4 Traffic & Road Safety Rules:

The driver is obliged to follow the Highway Code. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. The driver is obliged to wear a helmet (provided by the company free of charge). The lessee is solely responsible for any fines or violations of the Highway Code.

11.5 Damage & Accidents:

The lessee is responsible for any damage to the scooter due to negligence or misuse. The lessee is responsible for any damage or theft (partial or total) caused to the rented motorcycle up to the amount of its commercial value at the time of the accident/theft. The lessee pays the amount proportional to the damage to the motorcycle to Two Wheels Parga, regardless of his fault.

A refund of the amount paid to the lessee is possible only in the event that Two Wheels Parga is compensated for the damage in another way by the person responsible for the damage or his insurance company.

If the repair of the damage caused by the renter through his own fault puts the vehicle out of operation, then he will have to pay the corresponding rental fee of at least three days, as compensation for lost income of Two wheels parga.

11.6 Fuel & Inspection:

The vehicle is delivered with a specific amount of fuel and must be returned with the same level. The renter is required to check the basic functions of the vehicle (e.g. tires, lights) during the rental.

11.7 Cancellation & Refund Policy:.

You can cancel your scooter rental free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled pickup date. If a cancellation is made less than 5 days before the rental start date, the full rental amount will be charged and no refund will be given. Please note that once the rental period has started, no refunds will be provided for early returns, regardless of the reason. This policy ensures availability for all customers and helps us maintain fair booking conditions. If you need to make changes to your reservation, we recommend that you do so as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees.

11.8 Vehicle pickup – delivery:

Our company offers the possibility of picking up the vehicle either from our offices or by delivery to a point of the customer’s choice within 10 kilometers of our headquarters. The vehicle is returned exclusively to the store’s headquarters so that all necessary checks can be made for any damage or malfunction of the vehicle. In exceptional cases and upon special agreement, the vehicle can also be returned to a point of the customer’s choice.

11.9 Price policy

The daily rental cost covers a full 24-hour rental period and may vary depending on the season, weekends or special days. The final rental cost is determined by the duration of use and the time of delivery. If the scooter is returned within 2 hours of the pick-up time, there is no additional charge. However, if it is returned 2-4 hours later, an additional charge of 50% of the average daily rate will be added to the total cost. For returns exceeding 4 hours beyond the pick-up time, a full additional average daily rate will be charged. In addition, no refunds will be issued for early returns of the vehicle before the booked date and time.

11.10 Payment Method & Guarantee:

Payment can be made by cash or card at the offices of Two Wheels Parga while online payment through the website is made exclusively by using a credit/debit card. A guarantee of up to €200.00 may be required in the form of a retention, which is returned to the lessee if the vehicle is returned without damage.

By accepting the terms of this vehicle rental agreement, the customer also declares that he consents to the retention of personal data pursuant to articles 7,13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 provided to Two Wheels – Parga for the sole purpose of processing this agreement and for as long as it produces legal consequences.
